Blanca is a light Belgian Witbier but, as always with our beers, there’s a unique twist. Traditional Belgian wheat beers use orange peel and coriander seeds. While we also use wheat malt and orange peel, we decided to replace the coriander seeds with locally sourced bay leaves. This gives our Blanca a distinctive herbal and aromatic undertone. Originally intended as an ode to summer, it has amassed a 4-season cult following! ABV is 4.5%.
